Matthew 18:10
Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
I have a friend who loves K dearly. She has prayed for her for well over a year, before we even knew about her, she was praying. She prayed for someone to love K. To touch her softly, to feed and care for her and let her know that she was loved. She prayed over her head to toe. She prayed that if there wasn't an orphanage worker to do this that God would even send an angel to do this for her.
Now, I don't know if R is an angel but she sure loves K. And now she loves us. She knows Love. I can't figure out her role. She keeps to the background but seems to be in charge of everyone with just a word. She is infinitely tender to K. She grabbed and hugged me the day of the seizure when I cried. She kisses us all when she sees us now and calls our translator on her day off to find out how K is, knowing we will have been there.
R is the woman standing on the left of the photo. The younger nurse on the right is a medical student as well and speaks the best English of the staff so she is given the task of accompanying us to see K.
She struggles with the language and I don't know if she likes the job of English speaker, but she does it well and we manage to laugh together. She is the nurse that asked "Why K?"
(You see K undressed here because it is hot in these rooms and she is cooler this way.)
Anyway, I thought you'd like to get a glimpse of a maybe angel or at least a very loving lady that God brought to care for our little girl.
